Once your asking price is discussed by Data Center personnel and they make a final decision regarding their offer, you will receive your funds. Please realize however, that the whole process of ensuring land suitability typically lasts 6 to 18 months which includes site selection, verifying power and fiber optic availability, geotechnical surveys, and zoning compliance. This will not be a “quick and easy” offer.
